I have been getting letters frmo Buchanan Clark & Wells saying I owe 473.06 to Aktiv Kapital UK Ltd. I was bankrupt over 6 years ago and am now out of all debt - if I did owe any money it was over 6 years ago and was definately covered in my bankruptcy
I have rung and told them this but they are getting really shirty saying I have to prove my innocence and that I must prove it all to them.
What can I do to stop this keeping going round in circles they say it is my fault that Aktiv werent informed but when I check up it wasnt Aktiv it was GECaptial and they definately were informed

Helllp

Contact the OFT or your local trading standards saying that Aktiv/Buchanan etc are harassing you. Also speak to your IP who handled the bankruptcy.
