Joined: 17 Nov 2008 Posts: 1 | I owe sherriff officers council tax of £1500 i was paying them £150 till september when it started to be a struggle and didnt pay them! They then sent me a charge letter which expires on 19th November. They advised that their next course of action would be an earnings arrestment which is fine by me!!! But my question is when do they apply for a bank arrestment and can they do it even if they dont know your bank details?? |
