Joined: 06 Jun 2010 Posts: 2 | Hi, hoping for some advice as not sure where to turn really. I entered into a PTD in July 2010 however after making payments for a few months I began to to struggle and eventually the PTD failed. I am just wondering what my options are - is sequestration the only way? I have not heard anything from any creditors since the PTD failed. Please advise, many thanks, Lou |
