Joined: 09 Aug 2008 Posts: 5 | Hi Folks, Just something i'm very curious to know about a protected trust deed. I'm curently on one and know that they apply to Scottish residents only, but what would happen if you changed jobs and moved to say England? Would the Protected Trust Deed still run ok as the debts where accrued in Scotland? |

Joined: 01 May 2007 Posts: 189 My Profile | The short answer is yes the Protected Trust Deed would still run if you moved to England. You obviously have to update your Trustee of your movements. Hope this helps. George |
