I have one question, which is bothering me and that is can my creditors change their mind? If they do what happens? I suppose I am too used to worrying about money, I need create something else. Hope someone can help. twitchy |

If it has been protected then you don't have to worry about creditors changing their mind. The protected trust deed is formal and legally binding agreement. However, if its not protected then the creditors can change their mind. Let me know about protection. George |

The five weeks starts from the date that your protection application is printed in the Edinburgh Gazette. The advert in the Gazette would normally appear within two weeks of you signing your TD. Hope this gives you an idea and stops your "Twitchiness", check with your Trustee, they will tell you the exact current position. |
