Joined: 02 Dec 2009 Posts: 1 | help!! i joined a debt management company who really didnt help me at all still had letters from creditors phone calls they died down after a while i got myself back on my feet money wise so decided i wasnt going to pay money worries £25 to handle my debts any longer,i phoned all the creditors they agreed to let me pay my debts off by DD.I then wrote to money worries cancelling my plan with them i also phoned them aswell to find out they had taken another payment out of my bank which i am not allowed back can they do this?they also had a debt which they cudnt pay off they didnt have enough infomation so stored a further £100 of my money which i asked for it to be paid in to my account they refused help am so confused n upset!! |
