Joined: 26 Oct 2009 Posts: 3 | i have been getting letters for someone who does not live here, i used to send the letters back but after about 4 years i opend one, i have since phoned the debt collecter and told them they dont live at this address and have not done for the past 10 years they however just pass it on then another letter so i phoned them and told them they do not live here and yet again they pass it onto another debter now they are going to send baylifts to my home for someone who has never lived here, they say they can enter through a open window, im scared that when i come home from work all my goods are going to be gone for a debt that belongs to someone who maybe lived here over 10 years ago. what can i do please help as they are not listening to me telling them that this perrso does not live here |
