Hi my trust deed failed and they are now petitioning for seqestration. I have a car which will be over £1000 if i wanted to sell this can i do so. Also i joint own my home with my mother with no equity am i able to add another person to the title deeds as in my husband.

You can sell the car but not at a knocked down price to a friend or relative. If the car is to be sold then I would first run it by your Trustee first.

If there is no equity in the house it is highly unlikely that the Trustee will force the sale of the house. You cannot and should not try and avoid your obligations under a bankruptcy by doing things like adding your husband onto the title deeds. A simple title search will reveal when you husband was added to the title deeds. Your husband could buy out your interest in the property though, but this will have to be done through the trustee.
