Joined: 16 Jan 2012 Posts: 1 | Hi i could do with some advice please. I have recieved a letter to from a debt company requesting if i was the said person. As i thought it was for an other debt i called the company only to find it was for a tottaly differnt debt dating back to 2002/2003. I had finance on a car withmy partner at the time and decided to return the car back to the company in 2003 at the latest as we were been ripped off so to speak. We haven't since then heard a dickie bird from the company or any debt companys regarding the said debt. I forgot about even owing the debt. Been as it is many years ago can they still enforce us to pay the debt of over 6 thousand pound. Please help. Oh neither myself nor my now husband have had no contact with the company since returning the car... Many thanks. |
