Joined: 22 Dec 2009 Posts: 1 | Hi Please can someone give me some advice on the best way to reclaim my PPI i have a loan with Halifax for £45,000 and see i have PPI on it for £15,000, i have spoken to a few companies who say they can have the money back in 4-8 weeks but want money up front, Not sure what to do Any Advice |

Joined: 06 Jan 2010 Posts: 15 My Profile | There are companies who genuinely advertise no "up front fees", but check what any other fees they may impose later. Try checking with your local Trading Standards Dept for advice. Other than that, I hope another Forum member may have some personal experience which is useful. Good Luck. |
