Joined: 12 Jan 2012 Posts: 1 | Hi, need help or advice, My partner works away. hes been sent final notice letters back in november which i opened and phoned. its was regarding council tax payments missed wich had gathered up to a ridiculous amound. anyway they demanded 200 on the spot wich i paid, and 160 ever months after. truth is i cant afford that much per month and my parter is in finantial difficulty. plus.. i was told if i missed a payment hed come in and take property. i phoned up in december to pay to wich i was told 'im on holiday phone the office'. the following day i did this to find out they had closed for xmas period. i have not heard from him since. i need advice on to weather i can arrange a suitable payment per month or a debt consolidation programme would be better? |
