Joined: 02 Jan 2012 Posts: 1 | Hello, I have the following 2 CCJs recorder on my credit file: 1) Court Date: 09/07/2007 Case Number: NORTHAMPTON CCBC / 7XY40268 2) Court Date: 15/05/2007 Case Number: NORTHAMPTON CCBC / 7XI05187 I was not even in the country when I received the above CCJs and any correspondence from the court. I simply ignored the above CCJs until now as I want to get a mortgage and finding it difficult to do so. I am very sure that both the above CCJs are recorded against my name wrongly and I was victim of credit fraud. Can anyone please help how I can go about setting the above CCJs aside? More than happy to hire a CCJ lawyer if anyone can recommend one as well. Many thanks Hammad |
