Joined: 05 Jan 2012 Posts: 1 | HI Is it correct that the DWP can chase debt after any length of time ? they have written to me 14 years after saying they have overpaid me Income Support that I have never claimed I have replied sending details of NI contr and then its taken 2 years for them to respond to that letter ?? Surely they have a timescale to investigate these matters ? Any advice would be of help Regards SH |
