The Protected trust deed seems the best option, but the problem maybe the acceptance by RBS. The majority of my debt is with RBS overdraught or credit cards. Has anyone any experience of getting the RBS to accept trust deeds? Having spoken to my money advisor, they recommend opening a basic bank account somewhere else. Again has anyone any recommendations for this? |

I don't have any direct experience of the acceptance criteria of a PTD from RBS so can't second guess what they'll do. The thing is if they don't accept a PTD then you may have to look at bankruptcy and that means they'll get even less. |
