Joined: 27 Jan 2010 Posts: 1 | Hiya, I got some car finance in 2001, and then my car got stolen which left a balance, which i was paing until my then girlfiend left me and all the debt, however this was defaulted in 2004, since then i have made one payment in 2007, is this debt still live or as it is over six years old can it be written off? Thanks |
