What happens if I am only earning £200 a week and I'm bankrupt and only have £20 spare a month will I still be asked to pay a contribution to my creditors for 3 years also ami better to pay sequestration fee myself or have ip. Do this for me my wife earns £600a month but has nothing to do with my bankrupcy we have no property no assets of any value debts to hmrc £41000 was advised to go bankrupt I have my work van 2004 worth maybe £2600 can I keep this and still stay self employed first time been in debt to anyone in 51 years can anyone take our furniiture Out of our house already had sherrif letter for payment of £41000 and bankrupcy warning letter from revenue 21days later couple of days ago went on for months any advice there is no way I can pay
