hi l received a letter last year in December about speeding fine l did in 2006. l panicked, phoned them and told them l can not pay because l am not working but willing to set up direct debit and they refused because l am not working and not receiving any income support. So after that phone call, l thought to myself l dont remember speeding and l phoned again and l asked them when l did this offence and they said they cant tell me any information l have to go on the internet and look for another number to ask when l did the offence. So
l ignored the letter coz thought maybe they were not going to write again another letter but now have received another letter with £85 fee on top. What should l do please to be honest dont remember speeding in 2006 its long time now.
