I have been on a DMP for 18 months and I am finding I am not really making much impact on my debt. My debt stands at £56,789. None of my debts have been frozen.

Can I get some advice on what I should do.

Hi notascooby
Can you tell us how much your are paying towards your DMP. Complete the SOA as it would be useful to know what your financial position is.

What company are you with for your dmp?

Most of them charge a fee but there a some good free ones that you might want to consider

Hi debthelp
My DMP is with CCCS. I've been paying £650 a month and last time I checked my balance was about £52k. It's really disappointing when I've not missed a payment and I thought i was making an impact on my debts. At this rate I'll never pay off my debt. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi notascooby
It strikes me that if you're not making any impact on your debt through a DMP you need to either find more money to pay into it or look for a different solution. IF you could post your SOA we'll take a look at it and see what your options are.
