Hi, I know half of you will be against me... I want to report my ex partner, who is hiding from debt. He took loan from a bank 7 years ago, and never paid it back.
Stupid me took loan with him, on my name, he has left and I am paying the loan off myself..
He is also not paying maintanance for our children, always dressed in designer clothes, new car, new computer etc.

While we have been together, he was never added to any bills, his phone bill is on his mother. I also dont believe he has got a bank account, as his wages were going to mine one.

I really want to report him, as he is taking me through courts, regarding our children all the time, as he can afford it, but I am single parent, working full time to be at least able to provide food and house for our children.

Can you clear up a couple of things. Did you take out a loan separate from your partner? You've paid up the debt and he hasn't?

Hello,

thank you for your comment

My loan is seperated to this issue, he has taken loan 7 years ago from bank. We took loan together three years. But only in my name, so he doesnt need to pay anything. When I said to him that I have little baby and no work he said to me to go bankcrupt, well I found first job and been lucky enough to pay monthly repaymements (never missed one, was never late to pay)

But I want to report him for his loan, 7 years ago. I think it was with Barclay bank, but not sure. He is hiding ever since that, he would not let me to add him onto any bill.

Thank you for any help.

*Preacher Alert* Trying to get back at your ex won't change things. You should focus your energy by doing positive things rather than negative things *Preacher Alert Over*

But if you want to stick your husband in it just write to Barclays Loans Dept (google it) giving your ex's name, present address, date of loan and amount. The letter doesn't have to be signed.

Really weird, especially since it's not a criminal offence to not pay a loan.

If you are a single mom in trade, there's a trade loan product created for you. The business beginning or the growth may need the lone parents to opt for this sort of financing. A industry loan may need you to assign a collateral like a home, a land or even an expensive product. Financing corporations also can acquire your industry policies as being a reassurance.
