I have written another topic on the 'you are not alone' forum. Well, can anyone give me solid advice about ideas on sequestration. I have two secured loans amounting to about 60K, other credit card debts amount to about 22K. I have kept up my mortgage and secured loans payments but have had to stop all my credit card direct debits because I don't have enough coming in to pay for it all. I have 3 kids, am on my own and have been advised to go into sequestration. According to them I WILL NOT lose my home because of the two secured loans of 60K and the house is worth 80K. Will bailiffs come and take my stuff, will I have to go to court etc. Is there another solution - a trust deed is no good as I have too much I owe. PLEASE HELP, I AM DESPERATE FOR ANY ADVICE!
