Joined: 31 Jan 2012 Posts: 1 | I was declared bankrupt in 2009 which ended in 2010. i have had no problems with debt since. the bank has awarded me £3000 in ppi repayment but have said they will have to contact Insolvency team to see if i can get this. any idea if i will get this or will it go to them |
