Joined: 08 Aug 2007 Posts: 1 | I was sequestrated about a month ago. Yesterday I received a letter from the IP appointed by the AIB stating that he wanted a further breakdown of my incomes and expenses, which I provided to him nearly four weeks ago!! This is worrying me, why would he want this information when I have already supplied it to him. Thanks |

Joined: 06 Jun 2007 Posts: 77 My Profile | Yeah I agree with George, your letter sounds like standard procedures. Sequestration is a serious matter, therefore everything has to be correct and verified. If you are honest and cooperate with the IP then there is nothing to worry about. |
