They are taking £250/month off my net earnings of ~£810, even though by my calculations my salary is actually below the LILA threshold of £229.20/wk; it is £11,760 which equates to £226.15/wk (11,760/52) so I was kinda hoping that I wouldn’t have to make a contribution? Is there any point in trying to fight this or should I just be grateful that on a 33k debt I’m only paying back 9k over 3 years, plus I have the roof over my head as I stay with Dad so really as bankruptcies go things could really be a whole lot worse ? |
